West Malaysia:
*FREE postage for orders above RM100.
*Flat postage RM7 for orders below RM100.

East Malaysia:
*FREE postage for orders above RM200.
*Flat postage RM10 for orders below RM100.
*Flat postage RM20 for orders between RM100 and RM200.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 – 3 working days (excluding weekends / public holidays) after receipt of payment. All online orders are shipped from Selangor warehouse.

For West Malaysia orders, normally it takes 2 – 7 working days to arrive.

For East Malaysia orders, normally it takes 7 – 25 working days to arrive.

Very occasionally, books are printed with pages upside down, the wrong pages, missing pages or missing components such as jigsaw pieces or stickers, or wrong items delivered. If you have a faulty product, please return it to the retailer from whom you bought it in the first instance. They will replace it on our behalf.

If you bought the product direct from gasingbuku.com or from us during any event, please email us as follows, and we will arrange for replacement.

• Email gasingbukusales@gmail.com with the subject line ‘Faulty Product’.
• Make sure you include your postal address and contact number for a replacement.
• Attach photos of the fault and also the purchase receipt in the email.
